    1. Oh, I’m absolutely sure you can make some vegetarian nabemono! Just find some broth that is not meat-based, like miso, dashi, or kimchi, and fill it with tofu, aburaage, mushrooms, cabbage…any vegetable you want! I’m getting hungry just thinking about it…
