  1. Wonderful post! I discovered the amazingness of tsukemono about a year ago now, and I have that with brown rice for breakfast pretty much every morning. I’m with you on the daikon, hakusai and kyuuri trio. I have all three in my fridge right now! 😀

    1. Thanks for stopping by! I know what you mean about tsukemono having to grow on you – my first few experiences were with eggplant tsukemono, and I’m not a huge fan of eggplant in general…
